The information i got from the front desk regarding the shuttle bus to the airport was wrong and i stayed 40 minutes on the street just outside the hotel for nothing. in addition i was told i can use credit card and this was not true.

We were near to some popular places like myeongdong shopping street. Close to a metro station: )

From the modern and clean marble tile bathrooms to the thoughtful amenities provided, they've really gone above and beyond. The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The service here is truly top-notch.

The view, 12th Floor, was amazing. Great night views of the Seoul area. Beautiful. Room itself was great. Comfortable large bed, spacious, private bath, and very elegant. Robes and slippers in room for comfort. AC worked amazing.

No american plugs or converters. Called for an Ironing board and took 20 minutes with a two man staff at the desk. Location: There isn't a lot in the area (walking distance) for entertainment purposes.
